My Shelf

This is my now digital bookshelf! The image below is the orginal shelf I chose for the assignment.

The books are all about World War I, covering war storties, diaries, rations, historic locations, and more. There's nothing in particular that drew me to this shelf, rather than me just browsing that part of the library. What caught my eye about the shelf was the frequent books of World War. I'm into wars and the history of them, so I thought it would be an interesting topic.

Palladio

The photos below are of my shelf visualized in Palladio.

• Graph - The graph is correlating authors and their publishers.
• Timeline - In the timeline, you can see that the books pubslishing dates are mostly within the last 60 years, only 3 being outside that range. This shows that my catalog is somewhat modern, the analysis and data in them is probably somewhat "greater" than pervious books, as there is more time for historic data gathering.
• Map - Map of publishing locations, you can oberseve that most of them are in the US. This means that most of the books will have a US point of view of the wars.
• Table - Table of publishing years, number of pages, and the title of the books.
